Terms and Conditions

All refund request will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

Cancellation:

You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement.
This policy will not apply if the initial content/design has been delivered or if revisions have been requested within the mentioned timeframe.
Similarly, no refund due to a change of mind will be entertained after the specified time period.

Pre-Delivery Refund:

If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial content(s), you will be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

Post-Delivery Refund:
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial content delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made between 48–120 hours of the initial content delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial content delivery.

However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us with any concerns, and we will do our best to resolve them.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund before we start working on your project, a 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). You may ask for a refund if you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such scenarios, we will refund all the balance payment of your order. The amount for which we have already completed the work for on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the balance payment will be refunded. However, if you have a specific complaint and need a complete refund, you may send us a refund request and we will take a fair decision accordingly.

If deliverables are shared with a client and there is no communication or feedback from the client for a prolonged period (2 months), and the client subsequently requests a refund, such requests will not be eligible for a refund. This policy ensures that our team's effort and time are respected, and that projects are concluded efficiently.

Order Inactivity

No Refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your content order you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

Final deliverables

No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered

Custom Packages:

For Wall Street Marketing Hub, a custom package refund will be applicable as it is for single packages. for exmaple, if you order a logo and book cover design service and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the book cover design service only at the time of inital content.

Refund Reasons:

A refund requsted will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified aganist the content breif and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been contented according to the breif, a refund will not be given, however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfication.

Good Faith:

Money-back guarantee is based on the term that the order is placed in good faith. When a customer has placed content orders with more than one content agency for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider is good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

Customer Feedback:

All Content jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the content, therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results.
